Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Access Control Coordinator to support data center security operations in Beaumont, TX. This full-time, on-site role focuses on badge production, access control oversight, and coordination with site operators to schedule changes based on escort requirements.

The ACC will be based in the admin space of the lead data center building and requires strong technical aptitude, SOC system access, and effective communication to ensure compliant access for visitors and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One or more: Military Police or Public Safety academy graduate or relevant degree or 8+ years active military service.
Bachelor's degree in protective service, business, or related field.
2 years of verifiable data center security experience.
3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience.

Responsibilities

Manage all physical badging site wide; create physical badges for new hires after onboarding; replace damaged, lost, or stolen badges; process badges for terminated employees.
Provide access management oversight for site lobbies and gates to ensure officers are trained and aligned on current policies/procedures and systems.
Create and manage site wide clearance changes; perform role-based/spaced-based clearance changes to align with policy; manage changes for individual spaces.
