  • Combine data from multiple systems into useful, integrated datasets.
  • Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile data; investigate inconsistencies with relevant departments.
  • Document data sources, calculations, business rules, and processes.

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and continuously improve reporting accuracy, usefulness, accessibility, and efficiency.

Call Center Analytics

  • Develop reporting on call volumes, service levels, speed to answer, abandonment rates, average handle time, and other available measures.
  • Analyze customer service and order‑processing activity to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to ownership and management.
  • Reduce manual spreadsheet work, standardize reporting processes, and establish scalable solutions that support company growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related technical field.
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, joining tables, aggregating data, investigating discrepancies, and preparing datasets for analysis.
  • Experience extracting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and integrating data from multiple business systems.
  • Strong Excel and data‑analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Self‑directed work style, with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and proactively identify improvements.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to explain technical concepts and business implications in clear, practical language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP, Oracle Cloud stack, Database, Data & AI, Crystal Reports, field service management, waste management, equipment rental, logistics, transportation, or other operational business systems. Comparative expertise in Microsoft SQL and Dynamics 365 considered a plus.
  • Experience with AMCS products or Tower AMCS specifically.
  • Experience integrating data from call center systems, CRM platforms, workforce management systems, or customer service applications.
  • Familiarity with APIs, database connectors, scheduled exports, ETL/ELT processes, automated data pipelines, data warehouses, or centralized reporting datasets.
