Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a data-driven organization, is seeking a Data Business Analyst to support the data team by documenting needs, gathering requirements, and building PowerBI dashboards.

You will work with business teams, data engineers, and project managers to ensure dashboards are accurate, visually compelling, and adopted across the organization, with post-deployment feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and customer service.
• Strong skills in documentation and requirements gathering.
• Experience with PowerBI and AWS services, especially Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and enhance PowerBI dashboards, focusing on visual appeal and accuracy.
• Partner with data engineers and project managers to deliver updates and gather feedback from business teams.
• Conduct data analysis and QA testing to ensure dashboard quality and functionality.
