Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data product management.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams (preferred).
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platforms (required).
• Expertise with enterprise data environments and federated analytics models (required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance KeyBank’s Google Cloud-based Analytics Marts, including Star Marts and Client Analytics Marts (CAM).
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned data domains and marts.
• Lead enterprise data quality efforts, including testing, validation, and documentation.
• Analyze large and small datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate onsite with operations and support teams to address tool functionality and capability gaps.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases and user experiences.
