Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Four+ years of experience in data management or analytics.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel.
• Experience translating business requirements into data models and workflows.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and access controls.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze administrative workflows to identify data gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Design, build, test, and maintain data management and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Excel, and other tools.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, notifications, approvals, forms, and reports to improve visibility and reduce cycle time.
• Integrate data from multiple sources while preserving lineage and security.
• Establish data quality controls and reconciliation processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into practical technical solutions.
• Document data definitions, architecture, and user guides.
• Provide user training and adoption support for developed solutions.
• Monitor performance, manage configuration changes, and coordinate with IT and cybersecurity.
