Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing data and analytics team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on transforming manual processes into automated, scalable data products, with hands-on work in SQL and Python, and building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Strong Python experience for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, analytics, and data workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL and Python code for data extraction, transformation, automation, and validation.
• Build scalable processes that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support data pipeline development and maintain reporting environments in cloud platforms.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Document processes, workflows, and business rules to support scalable operations.
