Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Data Architect Manager to transform complex data into actionable dashboards. You will work across Azure-based data ecosystem, delivering reporting solutions with a focus on data quality and accessibility.

Responsibilities include designing Power BI dashboards, Python scripting, and building Azure Data Factory pipelines. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel. Salary range $140,000-$160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
• Solid Python skills, particularly for data wrangling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for building and monitoring data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Azure SQL Database- query optimization, schema design and access patterns.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward clean, well-documented work.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Databricks.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) for managing code and pipeline configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across a variety of business domains.
• Write and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation and automation.
• Collaborate to implement and extend data pipelines and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory.
• Query and manage data within Azure SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Apply data warehouse modeling principles (star schema, snowflake, etc.) to support scalable, reliable reporting structures).
• Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and deliver them end-to-end.
• Document data sources, transformations, and report logic for maintainability and knowledgeable sharing.
• Identify data quality issues and work with upstream teams to resolve them.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and applicable data governance requirements.
