Job summary

SMX is seeking a Data Architecture Analyst to bridge finance functions with LCNC engineers. You will design data schemas, map workflows, and translate Army financial requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

The role focuses on delivering role-based dashboards and tailored user experiences across the platform. You will document processes, data structures, and write-back flows to enable migration from legacy systems, while shaping use cases and requirements traceability

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher) required.
• 5+ years of business or functional analysis experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, data structures, and write-back processes to transition functionality.
• Develop use cases and maintain traceability from current state to LCNC implementation.
• Draft data dictionaries, SOPs, and user guides for sustainment handoff.
• Communicate with functional users and technical teams to preserve data lineage and accuracy.
