teampointblank is seeking a Data Architect to support a distributed team working on data acquisition, exploitation and management tasks. The role requires collaboration across contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders to deliver complex data solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS, Hadoop ecosystems, Spark and NoSQL/SQL data stores, plus proficiency in Python and ETL pipeline development.

Formación

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data management.

• Experience conducting data processing activities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
• Experience communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description

Position within a team supporting the customer with data engineering and operations, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps engineering, application development, data science, and program management in support of data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks. Communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and data management.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple OS environments including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud environments, including AWS.
• Demonstrated experience with development environments including AWS, Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS), Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities.
• Experience working with Python.
• Demonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra Falls.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solve.
• Experience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired

• Knowledge of targeting workflows, tools and environments.
• Experience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows.
• Experience with graphical databases such as Neo4J.
• Experience working with a hard target mission area.
