Job summary

Node.Digital LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a highly skilled data/DevOps engineer with active TS/SCI FS Poly. You will join a multi-disciplinary team supporting data engineering, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps, application development, data science, and program management for data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks.

The role requires experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux, MacOS), and building ETL pipelines,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities.
• Experience working with Python
• Demonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra Falls
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solver
• Experience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences

Job description

Location: McLean, VA

Must have an active TS/SCI FS Poly

Position within a team supporting the customer with data engineering and operations, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps engineering, application development, data science, and program management in support of data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks. Communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and data management.

Demonstrated experience with multiple OS environments including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.

Demonstrated experience with cloud environments, including AWS.

Demonstrated experience with development environments including AWS, Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS), Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities.

Experience working with Python

Demonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelines

Demonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra Falls

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solver

Experience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences

Optional Skills

Knowledge of targeting workflows, tools and environments

Experience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows.

Experience with graphical databases such as Neo4J

Experience working with a hard target mission area.
