Job summary

Enabled Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Data Annotation Team Supervisor to manage a team of up to 20 Data Annotators in St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on performance metrics, coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies within a fast-paced data labeling environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. The supervisor will partner with Project Managers, Quality and Training teams to drive accuracy and timely delivery while

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to take ownership and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to give constructive performance feedback.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
On-site work in St. Louis with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Own and manage performance metrics for the Data Annotator team with weekly reviews.
Provide coaching and guidance on performance, efficiency, and professional skills.
Facilitate feedback discussions for policy or performance issues.
Ensure adherence to Enabled Intelligence policies and procedures.
Document performance or behavioral issues and track attendance.
Review time off requests and audit timecards.
Advocate for team members and connect to HR or project support.
Collaborate with Director of Data Annotation on staffing and project fit.
Lead annual performance reviews and onboarding of new annotators.
