Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Annotation/transcription processes.
• 15+ years of overall Ops Management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise annotation operations across the project.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders in operations discussions.
• Analyze process gaps and suggest improvements.
