Responsibilities
  • Maintain Portfolio Management System (PMS) and all relevant data and reporting points in our CRM.
  • Oversee PMS account lifecycle activities (opening, closing, transfers, renaming).
  • Identify, understand, and provide input on system enhancements, integrations, and data transformation needs.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and reconciliation of PMS data against custodian records.
  • Upload and verify cost basis data for security transfers.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with sectors, prices, and security data.
  • Manage corporate actions within the PMS.
  • Maintain benchmarks across accounts.
  • Document and test PMS automations for process improvements.
  • Reconcile manual accounts and incoming asset data.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new interfaces with custodians.
  • Attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to stay current on product updates.
User Support
  • Serve as the PMS data and reporting liaison between business units, corporate, and vendors.
  • Manage the client portal, including user access, uploads, troubleshooting, and vendor communication.
  • Create, update, and terminate user profiles and permission sets to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support on PMS and CRM-related information.
  • Support bulk data and reporting needs, including account transfers, renames, and document uploads.
Reporting and Billing
  • Maintain client performance reports within the PMS.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business intelligence.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly data extract reports.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Billing team to maintain and clean billing-related data in PMS.
