Job summary

ISS is seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis. The role ensures delivery of high-quality, accurate data that supports strategic decision-making and service improvement.

Working across teams, you will embed a data-driven culture, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes, including KPI automation and reporting system

Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
• Strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience of MAS (essential).
• Advanced Excel skills (essential).

• Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding performance, reporting, and data analysis.
• Support the development of reporting capability, KPI automation, and reporting system assurance using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Working collaboratively across teams, the successful candidate will help embed a data‑driven culture, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes.

The role is heavily focused on analysing and interpreting data, providing meaningful insight, and driving confidence in performance reporting across the business.
