The Opportunity:

Organizations with complex processes need to critically examine and improve their operations. We seek an experienced business process specialist to analyze customer operations and recommend improvements.

As a business process specialist, you will analyze current operations, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, design data collection plans, and communicate findings using industry-standard techniques to achieve stakeholder consensus.

You will apply business process reengineering, portfolio analysis, and systems design to provide actionable recommendations and understand the expected results. This role offers growth in systems development, process improvement, and project management.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization solutions (dashboards, queries, reports) using tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Office
• 3+ years of experience in business system analysis and process engineering supporting workflow automation (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint)
• Experience presenting data insights and process analysis to stakeholders
• Experience leading requirements meetings with business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience establishing metrics and KPIs for technical outcomes
• Knowledge of cloud principles, systems engineering, UI/UX, and IT project management
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
