Qualifications

• Опыт разработки и эксплуатации сервисов на backend (FastAPI или аналог) и пайплайнов данных.
• Продвинутый SQL и моделирование данных.
• Опыт работы с PostgreSQL и хранилищами временных рядов.
• Опыт обработки пакетной и стриминговой обработки (Spark, Kafka).
• Опыт владения Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD и Azure в продакшн-среде.
• Клиентские проекты и работа с инженерами заказчика на уровне лидера.
• Свободное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и управление Databricks пайплайнами для данных с историков, SCADA/IoT и ERP/MES.
• Моделирование структур данных для ML и временных рядов.
• Разработка и внедрение сервисов на Python для инференса и интеграции.
• Обеспечение эксплуатационной готовности: контейнеризация, CI/CD, мониторинг.
• Определение архитектуры и защита её на техобзорах с заказчиками.

Quantum One is an Abu Dhabi-based AI consulting and solutions company that delivers AI/ML systems to industrial clients across energy, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure in the UAE.

Задачи

• Design and operate Databricks pipelines ingesting industrial data from historians, SCADA/IoT telemetry, ERP/MES systems, and third-party APIs
• Model and maintain data structures for ML workloads, including time-series data
• Build production Python services for model inference, orchestration, and client integration, and design APIs for client teams
• Own operational readiness, including containerisation, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance
• Define architecture and defend it in technical reviews with clients

Требования

• Hands-on production experience with Databricks, including Spark, Delta Lake, and Workflows
• 5+ Years of professional Python experience, including production experience with backend services (FastAPI or equivalent) and data pipelines
• Strong SQL and sound data-modelling judgement
• Experience with PostgreSQL and an analytical or time-series store
• Experience with batch and streaming processing, using Spark, Polars, Kafka, or equivalent
• End-to-end service ownership experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Azure
• Client delivery or consulting experience and the ability to engage credibly with a client's engineering lead
• Professional fluency in English
• Candidates who prefer to specialise exclusively in data or backend are not a fit
