Job summary

Capital Group in Irvine, CA seeks a Data Product Specialist to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision-making and data maturity across domains.

You will partner with business units and data stewards to translate needs into actionable insights, guide teams through the data product lifecycle, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive scalable, trusted insights.

Qualifications

• Define and drive a data product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle practices (intake, discovery, delivery, adoption, measurement).
• Build partnerships with data domain owners to assess maturity and plan improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear data and insight requirements.
• Analyze data to produce evidence-based recommendations and actionable insights.
• Communicate complex findings with clear narratives and visualizations.

As a Data Product Specialist you will partner with business, data domain owners/stewards, and technology teams to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision-making, strengthen data domain maturity, and measurably advance business outcomes.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
