Job summary

ClarityPoint Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable reporting and analysis to support decision-making. You will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other tools, and manage ETL workflows with Talend, Python, R, Bash, and SQL.

You will work across MS SQL Server, Oracle, and other SQL-based systems, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and deliver insights

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency for querying complex databases (MS SQL Server / Oracle).
• Experience with BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and Looker.
• ETL knowledge with Talend; familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Database design principles and efficient query management.
• Excel data analysis techniques plus advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports across BI tools.
• Own ETL workflows using Talend, Python, R, Bash, and SQL.
• Work with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL-based systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data models.
• Apply Excel data analysis techniques to identify trends.
• Support SDLC in an Agile environment for analytical solutions.
