D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to research, implement, and oversee solutions on corporate strategies and operational initiatives that drive efficiency and profitability.

The right candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to align information systems with company objectives and support analytics with reporting and training materials. Responsibilities include data mining, SQL-based research, updating Power BI/Excel reports, and presenting improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Working proficiency in Snowflake, GitHub, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, or comparable tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data mining and independent research to assist in development of recommendations of the Analytics team
• Strategize with other key stakeholders on how to best align information systems with company objectives
• Assist Analytics team members with recurring and ad hoc reporting to support operational initiatives
• Perform independent research and data mining using SQL on issues, projects, and ideas that expand efficiency/capacity
• Update existing reporting in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI to summarize and monitor key initiatives
• Effectively communicate suggested changes to improve team consistency and performance
• Assist Analytics team members in development of training materials and release notes
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to travel overnight
