Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience.
• Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
• Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, analyze data, and prepare reports from various sources and systems.
• Create and execute ongoing reports, ranging from inforce business reports to block experience analyses.
• Support projects and initiatives and resolve issues by working with staff within the department or across departments and determining impact operations and provide solutions.
