As a Summer Intern in Data Analytics & Programs, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and create scalable content for multiple teams across the CoE.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or graduate student in a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience turning data into a clear narrative and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and customer feedback data to surface trends and friction points.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and focal areas for the team.
• Build reporting and dashboards for leadership to view team performance and signals.
• Create reusable briefs, templates, enablement content, and internal docs.
• Support delivery of in-flight programs by tracking milestones and inputs.
• Present findings to CoE leadership at internship end.
