Job summary

The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County seeks a Management Analyst to research, analyze, compile and report information for court leadership and staff. You will obtain data from the court’s case management system, perform complex analyses, and provide recommendations to improve case processing.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of professional/academic analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAS/SPSS and database management.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor's in data analytics or related field.
• Experience: 2 years of research/analytic work; Master’s could substitute for 1 year.
• Proficient in Excel; SAS and SPSS helpful; database management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis on complex departmental issues and projects; prepare comprehensive reports; provide recommendations to management.
• Conduct operational reviews to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and protocols; identify efficiencies.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to validate data and support policy analysis.
