Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyzes large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities; visualizes findings using analytics tools.
• Develops reports and visualizations to support program leadership and client stakeholders; extracts actionable insights from complex data.
• Uses data analysis methods to support program management in creating client deliverables.
• Performs ongoing data quality assessments to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Provides regularly scheduled metrics and analysis for all projects (cost savings, SLAs, scorecards, QB review).
• Interprets results of statistical analysis and makes recommendations to program managers.
• Presents metrics to account operations and leadership as required.
• Assists in tracking projects to forecast timelines.
• Maintains the application database and generates reports as scheduled or requested.
• Conducts training and coaching for Suppliers and End-users.
• Leads reporting maintenance, development, and updates with operational teams.
• Documents data analysis and reporting architecture; writes user guides.
• Develops manual processing contingency plans.
• Liaises with Client Services, Implementation, Sales and IT on strategic planning for improved processes and reports.
