Job summary

The Woodbury School of Business invites a Professional in Residence in Data Analytics to join our engaged teaching team. You will design and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses, integrate AI-enabled analytics tools, and connect classroom learning to real-world industry practice.

You will collaborate with industry partners, develop experiential opportunities, advise students, and contribute to curriculum relevance and workforce readiness in a dynamic, student-centered setting.

Qualifications

• :Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, CS, Statistics, OR, or related field; or master's in related business discipline with substantial analytics experience.
• :Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in data analytics, BI, data science, analytics consulting, or related field.
• :Demonstrated expertise in contemporary analytics tools and technologies used in industry.
• :Evidence of maintaining professional currency through practice, certifications, continuing education, or leadership in analytics.
• :Experience applying analytical methods to support business decisions; familiarity with AI, operations, supply chain contexts desirable.

Responsibilities

• :Designs, prepares, and delivers undergraduate and graduate courses in Data Analytics across modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, livestream, and online.
• :Serves as liaison between the school and industry partners; develops employer-sponsored projects, internships, and experiential learning.
• :Develops measurable learning outcomes, instructional materials, labs, and projects; continuously updates curriculum to reflect technologies and employer needs.
• :Participates in committees; assists in curriculum assessment, accreditation, and student engagement; mentors students on career paths and job-search strategies.
