Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years analytics experience with bachelor's degree or 3 years with master's degree.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools required.
• Epic experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources into a population set for comparative analysis.
• Develop and maintain analytical models to assess financial, clinical and consumer value of initiatives.
• Own dashboard development: data definitions, validation, retrieval, and documentation.
• Produce ad hoc and recurring reports and presentations with data-based insights.
• Present findings to work groups and leadership using visual storytelling.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to drive effective solutions.
• Translate business questions into analytical questions and deliver actionable reports.
