Radiology Partners in Florida is seeking a data analytics professional to support RP Valley and RP Sun City, handling physician compensation processes, reporting, and workflow optimization.

You will design dashboards, analyze financial metrics, and develop automated tools to improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency, collaborating with physicians, finance, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, analytics, finance, compensation, or related support.
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query/Power Pivot.
• Experience building dashboards and BI solutions for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support operational, financial, and analytical functions for RP Valley and RP Sun City.
• Administer physician compensation processes and analyze productivity metrics.
• Design dashboards and reports to optimize scheduling and resource use.
• Monitor data integrity and collaborate with physicians, finance, IT, and operations.
• Drive automation and process improvements to support revenue recovery and growth.
