Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the delivery of enterprise reporting from our Somerville, MA office. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership and promoting data-driven decision-making through scalable analytics solutions using Power BI.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in analytics roles and proven experience with Power BI. Excellent communication skills and project leadership ability are required. The position is fully onsite for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles.
• 3 years of hands-on Power BI development in an enterprise setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, support, and improvement of enterprise reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership and BPLs for analytics alignment.
• Ensure operational transparency and reporting consistency.
