Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced Manager specializing in Data & Analytics to support enterprise data architecture and ensure seamlessly integrated, high-quality data across systems and business units. You will work hands-on as a technical data consultant managing multiple projects and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, data models and analytics environments using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management, Process, Implementation, System Integration, and SDLC experience in an Agile environment.
• 7+ years in a consulting or data-focused role with expert SQL experience (Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, MS SQL Server or similar).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc).
• Experience designing and building relational databases and/or data warehouses.
• Bachelor-level degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through hands-on development by coding in SQL and occasionally Python, creating data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and designing data models in Snowflake and Databricks.
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker.
• Lead projects and teams through all core project phases: setup, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings across executive levels of client organizations.
• Ensure user satisfaction through consistent support and high-quality project execution.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and provide mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to internal growth initiatives including mentorship, recruitment, strategy and methodology enhancement.
