Capital One is seeking a Manager, Data Analyst in Enterprise AML Advisory to guide data-driven decision making and risk management in KYC. You will build dashboards, develop KPIs/KRIs, and partner with multiple AML groups to improve reporting and program health.

You will work with large-scale data, mentor analysts, drive governance, and influence decisions in a fast-paced, data-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field with 6+ years of data analytics
• Master’s Degree with 4+ years of data analytics (degree by start date)
• At least 4 years of data analysis experience
• At least 4 years of programming experience

Responsibilities

• Drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical skills
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for regulatory reporting
• Develop KPIs and KRIs to monitor KYC program health
• Collaborate across AML and business units
• Analyze compliance metrics and identify KYC risks
