Job summary

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. The Manager, Data Analytics will lead a team of 4–6 analysts delivering reporting and analytics for LiveRamp customers, powered by LiveRamp's Clean Room.

This is a player‑coach role: you will own the growth, quality, and throughput of the team while staying hands‑on with customer data yourself on our most complex and highest‑visibility engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science, incl. 2+ years leading analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement and attribution; AdTech experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts and senior data analysts; set goals and conduct growth conversations.
• Own delivery across the team’s portfolio, allocate analysts, manage timelines and quality.
• Remain hands-on with complex analyses and review methodologies.
• Build reusable analytics templates and libraries to scale across use cases.
• Establish standards for rigor, peer review, and reproducibility of analyses.
• Serve as senior analytics liaison to customer stakeholders and drive relationships.
