Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Data Analyst for its Delivery Operations team to own analytics across delivery quality, dispatch optimization, and fee strategy. You will build reporting, run experiments, and partner cross-functionally to cut costs and improve the customer experience.

You will work in a hybrid role in Philadelphia or Miami, with direct impact on DCPO and overall growth through data-driven decisions. Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool experience required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of work experience in an analytical, operations, or strategy role.
• Strong SQL skills—comfortable writing queries from scratch.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership of an analytical domain and ability to drive it forward.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to generate buy-in from a sophisticated audience.
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to manage projects across teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, action-biased, and highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own dispatch analytics end-to-end, monitoring performance and cost metrics.
• Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards; run experiments and surface insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service to implement improvements.
• Support 3PD integrations by tracking costs and reliability; surface optimization opportunities.
• Drive delivery quality by identifying root causes of defects and reducing costs.
• Analyze and help manage priority fees and distance-based delivery fees.
