Job summary

The Toro Company invites motivated undergraduates to join its Sourcing Division for a data analytics internship in Bloomington, MN this summer. You will work with SQL, DAX and Power BI to analyze data, build visualizations, and support cross-functional teams with actionable insights.

Gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment, receive mentorship, and contribute to real-world supply chain projects while developing ETL skills and data-driven storytelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with SQL and DAX for data querying/manipulation.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and Snowflake and ETL processes.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong analytical and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL and DAX queries to support data analysis needs.
• Utilize SQL Server and Snowflake for storage, retrieval and management.
• Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
• Create and manage data visualizations using Power BI to provide insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
• Assist in preparing data-driven presentations and analytical solutions.
