Digital Factory is seeking a curious and articulate Business Analyst intern to transform data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. The role supports the analytics team by collecting, analyzing, and presenting organizational data in clear, impactful formats.

Based in Chicago, this 6–9 month internship reports to Lawrence Griffith. It offers potential extension and salary based on performance, requirements, and availability, reflecting the dynamic nature of our advisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting/Finance/IT) required.
• Graduate student status in related field preferred.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Experience in B2B client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Analyze organizational data to identify key principles and drivers.
• Synthesize findings into recommendations for upper management.
• Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, and industry groups to stay informed.
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and deliver engaging, data-driven talks.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
