Job summary

Border States is seeking a Corporate Intern in Fargo, ND to join the IT Data and Analytics team. You will participate in real-world projects across process improvement, data support, and reporting, gaining exposure to enterprise BI practices and data governance.

Work with cross-functional teams, build relationships with employee-owners and leaders, and contribute to analytics initiatives while developing professional skills in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Current student or new graduate (within last year) in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
• Strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
• Familiarity with data handling, reporting, and business analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day department projects including process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, and documentation.
• Build relationships with employee-owners and leaders through meetings and collaboration.
• Assist with master data management and enterprise reporting activities under supervision.
