You will work with the IT Data and Analytics team, gaining experience with tools like SAP, Stibo, and Microsoft Office while building relationships with employee-owners and leaders to support enterprise reporting and master data management.

Qualifications

• Current student or new graduate (within last year) in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
• Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry/keyboarding skills, and communication systems helpful.
• Requires strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Essential Functions: Works within the department on day-to-day projects, including process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, documentation, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Builds relationships through meetings, events, and one-on-ones with employee-owners and leaders.
• Focuses on real-world projects within the department.
• Collaborates with various departments throughout the company.
• Department Responsibilities: Supports IT Data and Analytics with BI and master data management for enterprise reporting.
• Gains experience with large datasets using tools like Stibo, SAP and Microsoft Office products.
• Collaborates with BI analysts to support reporting, requirements, prototyping, data models, dashboards, and training.
• Aids in master data management: definitions, standards, governance, and metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
