Job summary

ClearPlan is expanding its data analytics and Power Platform delivery team in a hybrid role. You will develop internal Power BI reports and collaborate across internal analytics, customer-facing analytics, and ClearSync integration projects.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and is comfortable moving between hands-on technical work, customer support, documentation, and project coordination. Training is provided as part of the formal program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational familiarity with Excel, SQL, databases, data visualization, statistics, programming, and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and supporting data solutions.
• Assist with configuration, monitoring, documentation, and maintenance of data pipelines and Microsoft Fabric components.
• Translate business questions into practical analytics solutions by analyzing source data and defining requirements.
• Support the design and delivery of customer-facing Power BI, data analysis, and Power Platform solutions.
• Create user guides, technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and reusable delivery materials.
• Coordinate ClearSync onboarding, implementation planning, status reporting, and ongoing customer communications.
