Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business partners to deliver analytics and process improvements.
• Models data for reuse across analyst groups.
• Supports analytics data solutions; works with system support teams to correct/enhance data.
• Acquires, cleans, and preprocesses raw data; maintains knowledge of key systems.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract insights and trends.
• Develops analytical models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Performs statistical analysis to identify patterns and correlations.
• Creates dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Communicates findings through charts and presentations.
• Ensures data quality through audits and validation processes.
• Delivers insights with cross-functional teams.
• Drives continuous improvement in business processes and data analytics practices.
• Establishes data governance to ensure data is fit for use.
