Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Data & Analytics Analyst to join the Application Production Services Engineering team, with flexible locations in Pennington, Jersey City or Charlotte.

The role focuses on quantifying engineering effectiveness, collecting and analyzing KPIs, and delivering actionable reports for senior management. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analytics, strong Excel/PowerBI/Tableau skills, Python or data modeling experience, and the ability to communicate insights

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a Master’s/MBA equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce Tableau, and Python/Data modeling languages.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights.
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

• Quantify and measure the effectiveness of the Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering.
• Collaborate with team members to collect, normalize, and analyze key performance metrics.
• Create and publish comprehensive reports for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Develop insights to optimize organizational processes and communicate findings effectively to leadership.
• Support the evolution of reporting capabilities to enhance organizational efficiency and communication.
