Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics / BI.
• Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Work with business and technology teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support software and hardware license utilization reporting.
• Deliver reporting related to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and technology spend.
• Maintain documentation for requirements and reporting processes.
• Ensure data quality and improve reporting processes.
