Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analyst II to capture data requirements for the IT department and translate them into clear language for business and technical teams. This role interfaces with customers and stakeholders for intake and workload estimation, coordinating with IT leaders to align program delivery using Agile.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, organizing Agile planning, maintaining data product documentation, prioritizing work, and tracking Data Analytics KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5 years managing project delivery for data analytics or software engineering.
• 3 years applying Agile methodologies as scrum master.
• 2 years as TPM handling intake, prioritization with IT leaders, and execution for Data Analytics engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and rationalize business requirements with stakeholders and estimate workload and timelines.
• Coordinate Agile planning and execution with technical engineers and IT leaders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data products and processes.
• Prioritize demands based on team burn rate and workload.
• Serve as focal point for customer communications on intake and break/fix work.
• Track Data Analytics team performance KPIs and manage DevOps boards.
