Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst in Los Angeles, CA, to support program operations, resource planning, decision support, and delivery enablement for a complex technology program. The analyst will turn operational, financial, and delivery data into reporting and practical recommendations for leaders.

This hands-on role requires collaboration across program operations, PMO, finance, HR, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, IT, or business.
• 1+ years in BI, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI and data reporting.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and document assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data for decision support.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Identify trends and data quality issues and document findings.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, HR to improve reporting.
