Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large databases and validating data.
• Experience with databases, data flows, and data manipulation in operational and analytical contexts.
• Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources into insights.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders in higher education or enterprise settings.
• Proven prioritization and organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops, codes, validates, and implements relational databases and data structures for analytics.
• Collaborates with partners to gather requirements and refine business logic.
• Locates, cleans, and orchestrates source data with technical partners.
• Translates business logic into scalable database solutions for descriptive, predictive analytics and reports.
• Designs database structures to support data visualizations and interactive tools.
• Adheres to data governance, validation, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Assists with special projects and ad hoc data requests as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and progress with stakeholders.
