Job summary

HUSCO International, Inc. in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions using modern cloud technologies to support decision-making across operations.

You will develop Power BI reports and dashboards, improve data quality, automate processes, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance to translate data into actionable insights. Learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and related internship or co-op experience.

At HUSCO International, Inc., data is used to turn real operational and business needs into actionable insights. In this onsite role in Waukesha, WI, you will build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions, partnering across departments to improve how information is modeled, reported, and used for decision-making.

As a Data & Analytics Engineer, you will support enterprise analytics initiatives using modern cloud technologies, with a focus on data quality and process automation. You will also contribute to reporting capabilities that help teams throughout the organization understand performance and solve business problems with data.

• Build and support data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions using modern cloud technologies


• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decisions


• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance to address business challenges with data


• Improve data quality, automate processes, and support enterprise analytics initiatives


• Learn and grow within a collaborative team focused on modern data and analytics solutions

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field


• Co-op/Internship experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related area


• SQL experience, along with a general understanding of data modeling and reporting


• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Python, Tableau, Excel, or similar technologies


• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (lakehouses, Delta tables, data pipelines, notebooks, or semantic models) or related experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms (preferred)


• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work with business partners across the organization


• Authorized to work in the United States
