Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in an Agile leadership role with a mandatory PSM or CSM certification.
• Proficiency in AWS, Databricks, Tableau, and Jira is essential, with a preference for experience in the Pharma & Life Sciences domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Agile projects within Data & Analytics programs.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of data products.
