Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing role.
• 5 years in pre-sales or field engineering leadership at an enterprise tech company.
• Experience with Financial Services customers or industries.
• Experience presenting modern Data & AI foundations to C-level executives for Financial Services use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analytics technical experts in a matrixed org, focusing on talent strategy and readiness.
• Grow and scale the regional Data Analytics technical community and share innovations.
• Influence cross-functional teams to support Data and AI enterprise technology decisions at C-level.
• Lead demonstrations of Agentic Data Cloud and AI products in customer environments.
• Coach customers on unified data foundations to enable real-time, AI-driven experiences.
