Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions is seeking a data-focused student to support our sales, operations, and engineering teams as a Data Analyst Co-Op in Verona, WI. This in-person role runs for Spring/Summer 2027 or Summer/Fall 2027, typically requiring a semester off from school to accommodate.

You will design dimensional data models to be run on dbt-core, build dashboards in Apache Superset, and collaborate across functions to turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently a student pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Strong research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills).
• High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and challenges.
• Analyzing data to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
