Job summary

AMD is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst intern/co-op to join our team during the Spring/Summer 2027 term. You will analyze data, perform statistics, and build dashboards to support business decisions and AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates are US-based undergrad students majoring in Data Analytics, CS, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI. Hybrid or onsite options available, including Rochester, NY.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a United States based university in an undergrad program (Data Analytics, CS, Eng or related).
• Experience with Python, SQL and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of data processing, data engineering or data science concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize raw data to craft proofs of concept and prototypes.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboards to generate business insights.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering and analytics to deliver data-driven results.
