Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver dashboards using Tableau and SSRS. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, write SQL queries, and implement reporting and automation projects to improve efficiency and decision-making.

The role is on-site at our San Diego HQ, with opportunities to optimize workflows and contribute to AI-enabled initiatives while collaborating across teams and levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or automation solutions.
• Exposure to or interest in AI and workflow automation tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently.
