The role emphasizes turning numbers into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, with 2–4 years of data analytics experience and strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics, including senior or lead responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Project Leadership: Lead and manage data analysis projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports; deliver insights and identify trends and risks.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and support forecasting.
• Quality Assurance & Data Governance: Conduct data quality assessments and support governance initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present data stories to non-technical audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
