Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business analytics, information systems, statistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, research, or academic projects considered).
• Strong foundation in data principles, logic, and problem-solving.
• Technical skills in SQL and exposure to programming; familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to web technologies or database-driven applications; Azure a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and a life-long learner.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL to profile and query system databases for integrations and end-user reporting.
• Frequent use of various systems' APIs to create, maintain, and innovate integrations and automate processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support collection, cleaning, and transformation of datasets for analysis.
• Apply statistical and critical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal deliverables and reports.
• Continuously develop knowledge in data manipulation, analytics tools, and emerging technologies.
